Add-ons for the KT52
10-pin cartoning machine
This Variant of the KT52 packs up to ten pens per box. The number of pens inserted is then checket unsing an AI sensor.
Once the carton is closed, a label is applied to it by an integrated labeler. The label can also be checked by a sensor, after it hab been applied.
Once the pens have been packed and the carton labeled, it is collected into a bundle of 10 pieces by a robot and banded.
After this process, the robot takes the bundle again and transports them into a box, wich is conveyed out of the machine after a certain number of bundles.
With integrated laser system
With our KT52 cartoning machine, we have the option of integrating a laser system.
The laser can be installed vertically and horizontally. This may require a turning station for the carton.
To ensure safety despite the laser, a protective device is installed in conjunction with pneumatic guards. The fine dust extraction system is then connected to this protective device.
