Turning device for bottles / packs / trays
Our manual turning device makes it easier to feed your production systems with glass bottles from packs shrink-wrapped in plastic film. The bottle packs can be placed on the turning device either manually or with a lifting aid. Due to the foldable and swivelling contact surfaces, the bottles are freely accessible from above and below and allow the plastic film to be removed. The linear-guided, integrated pusher can then be used to push the loose bottles as a whole into the system or onto an appropriate buffer system.

The turning device can be used in a variety of ways due to the rollers and the height-adjustable base frame made of stainless steel. The height is fine adjusted using a spindle integrated into the transport rollers. This enables precise transfer of the bottles into the system.
