The mobile piston pump LF 25 is a versatile, powerful dosing system for manual dosages up to 1000 ml in single stroke. Due to the manual height adjustment of the pump and the addi-tional
height adjustment of the support sheet, bigger containers can also be filled. Furthermore, the pump together with the operating housing and the height adjustment can be removed from the control cabinet with only a few simple steps and thus be used as desktop version. Thanks to the precise and robust design, it is also possible to integrate the dosing system into one of our automated machines. Our easy-to-use software offers the user the possibility to create and administer up to 100 programs.

The main components of the pump are manufactured by us with maximum precision and hardened with special hardening techniques. In conjunction with a spindle drive, high repeata-bility and a long service life are achieved
Different, optional piston diameters additionally increase the precision of the dosage in the respective volume range. Several options, such as a dosing needle stroke, a dosing needle with closure, a funnel, heating systems or a weighing unit complement the machine.
Thanks to the clear layout and the good accessibility of the components, the machine is easy to clean.
