Labeling unit
Our labeling unit impresses with its compact design. It can be operated as a standalone solution or integrated into existing production lines. It enables precise application of wrap-around labels on round products without interrupting the material flow. Optional quality control can be carried out using state-of-the-art camera technology. Thanks to the use of two labeling systems, empty label rolls can be changed during operation without downtime. Short changeover times of only a few minutes create real added value for your production.

Precise labeling through automated product guidance
The labeling unit is equipped with a central conveyor belt that reliably transports the products to the labeling station. As soon as a product enters, it is automatically detected and pneumatically centered at the labeling position. Already during the labeling process, an integrated inspection takes place in which the label is checked for defined quality characteristics.
